Dr. Lincoln Kamau began his work with children and adults with autism in 2001 at the Melmark School in Pennsylvania. Since then, he has worked extensively in clinical, educational, and community settings throughout the New England region of the United States. Over the course of his career, he has also shared his expertise internationally, including collaborative and academic work in Mexico and several African universities.

Dr. Kamau has written journal articles, newspaper editorials, and has appeared on both radio and

television discussing autism, behavioral health, education, and developmental disabilities. His

work focuses on evidence-based interventions, culturally responsive care, and expanding access

to autism services across diverse communities and developing regions of the world.

Dr. Kamau holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree

from West Chester University, Pennsylvania,

a master’s degree from University of Massachusetts Boston, a doctoral degree from Northeastern

University, and a postdoctoral certificate from

the Yale School of Public Health

Danielle Rushin is a visionary artist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose extraordinary journey spans more than three decades across the worlds of Arts, Entertainment, Business, and Philanthropy.

A proud Tennessee native, Danielle has distinguished herself as a multifaceted creative whose talents have graced stages, screens, and runways through music, film, and  modeling.

Her artistic foundation was cultivated through formal study at Memphis College of Art, where she pursued Fine Art with an emphasis in sculpture.

Her intellectual and professional pursuits

later expanded into business, economics, leadership, and philanthropy. She earned a Bachelor’s

degree in Biblical Economics and Business Analysis, followed by a Master’s degree in

Philanthropic Studies from The Ya’al College of Biblical Economy & Leadership.

Driven by a profound commitment to God given purpose and service, Danielle founded The

Kratos League, a philanthropic organization dedicated to advocacy and the advancement of

resources for individuals affected by narcissistic abuse. Under her vision, The Kratos League

also extends support and funding to emerging mission driven philanthropic endeavors and Christ

centered initiatives, creating opportunities for innovative ideas to move from vision to

meaningful impact.

I’ve been with Easterseals for a little over four years. My education consist of a  Master's degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Rollins College. The goal is to combine academic expertise with hands-on experience to drive impactful change in the field.

 In my current role, I serve as the Director, overseeing the management and operations of Workforce Development programs statewide. With a focus on supervising staff, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering partnerships with employers and community stakeholders while playing a pivotal role in facilitating employment opportunities for program participants.
